The Bridging Belonging Community is for socially conscious small businesses, startups, nonprofits, and entre/solo-preneurs who want to make a greater impact in their organizations and workplaces. Whether you work in HR, lead an employee resource group [ERG], work in DEIBA or have your own business, this is a space to gather, listen, and learn from one another in community. 

If you've ever felt like you want to champion inclusivity or looking for a safe space to learn, but aren't sure where to start, what questions to ask, and who to ask them, this is the community for you.

We will help you gain the knowledge, skills, and strategy building tools you'll need to not only recruit diverse talent, but retain them as well.

What's it like?

Bridging Belonging is NOT for you if:

You can't admit there are systems of privilege and that workplace racism, homophobia, transphobia, and gender discrimination exists.

You haven't yet discovered that diversity goes far beyond race 
and gender, and that gender is not binary.   

You're looking for a checklist of action items and unwilling 
to be proactive and curious in your own learning journey.

You're not ready to put action behind your words, step up and use your voice, and be vulnerable to admit what you don't know.

You don't believe Black Lives Matter, Trans Women are Women,
and Gender is not Binary.

What makes you different? 

Having been in corporate America supporting C-Suite executives AND leading a DEIB strategy program, I've been where you are and on the other side of it.   I have heard and been subject to the gaslighting and microaggressions, along with being told "we're not ready for that" or "we don't have the resources for this".  Yet, organizations will spend tens of thousands of dollars on "Best Place to Work Award" applications, when in reality there is a lot of toxicity happening behind the scenes that goes unaddressed.  

I became a confidant to many marginalized individuals and fought to disrupt against the systems that were built against them/us. 

Partnerships and collaboration are at the forefront of Bridging Belonging. We have a network of coaches, consultants, learning specialists and DEIB leaders from all backgrounds and identities that we collaborate with to get you the answers you're looking for!
